Single Family Homes:

In September 118 single family homes sold with a median price of $719,718 and an average price of $1,031,334. At the end of September there were 441 single family homes for sale on Maui which is approximately 4.6 months of inventory.

Through September 844 single family homes have sold with a median price of $745,845 and an average price of $1,047,655. The median sale price has increased 6.5% the first nine months of 2019 compared to the first nine months of 2018. The average sale price has increased 2.6% the first nine months of 2019 compared to the first nine months of 2018. The average Days On Market for sold homes on Maui is 135. Homes are selling for an average of 96.5% of list price.

Condominiums:

In September 119 condominiums sold with a median price of $540,000 and an average price of $730,917 At the end of September there were 462 condominiums for sale on Maui which is approximately 3.7 months of inventory.

Through September 1,208 condominiums have sold with a median price of $518,000 and an average price of $700,450. The median sale price has increased 4.4% the first nine months of 2019 compared to the first nine months of 2018. The average sale price has decreased 4.8% the first nine months of 2019 compared to the first nine months of 2018. The average Days On Market for sold condominiums on Maui is 132. Maui condos are selling for an average of 97.6% of list price.
