Single Family Homes:
In October 104 single family homes sold with a median price of $732,000 and an average price of $1,442,323. At the end of October there were 452 single family homes for sale on Maui which is approximately 4.7 months of inventory.
Through October 948 single family homes have sold with a median price of $745,000 and an average price of $1,090,952. The median sale price has increased 5.7% compared to the same 10 month period in 2018. The average sale price has increased 5.5% compared to the same 10 month period in 2018. Condominiums:
