Single Family Homes:
In November 71 single family homes sold with a median price of $730,000 and an average price of $1,007,843. At the end of November there were 442 single family homes for sale on Maui which is approximately 4.6 months of inventory.
Through November 1,019 single family homes have sold with a median price of $743,000 and an average price of $1,085,161. The median sale price has increased 4.3% compared to the same 11 month period in 2018. The average sale price has increased 4.5% compared to the same 11 month period in 2018. Condominiums:
