Maui Condo Report For July, 2019:

This is the July, 2019 condominium market report for condos sold on Maui Hawaii year to date through June, 2019.

In June 122 condominiums sold on Maui with a median price of $552,000 and an average price of $883,963. At the end of June there were 476 condominiums for sale on Maui which is approximately 3.9 months of inventory. Kihei had the highest number of sold condos with 39 in June while Kapalua had the highest median sale price for sold condos with a median sale price of $2,147,500 in June.

Through June, 810 total condos have sold on Maui with a median price of $522,000 and an average price of $718,642. This includes both fee simple and leasehold condos. The median sale price has increased 5.5% the first six months of 2019 compared to the first six months of 2018. Kihei had the highest number of sold condos through June 2019 with 318 total sales while Wailea/Makena had the highest median sale price for sold condos with a median sale price of $1,225,000 through June 2019.

Through June, 777 total fee simple condos have sold on Maui with a median price of $527,000 and an average price of $737,515. The median sale price for fee simple condos has increased 4.7% since June 2018. Kihei had the highest number of sold fee simple condos through June 2019 with 316 total sales while Wailea/Makena had the highest median sale price for sold condos with a median sale price of $1,265,000 through June 2019.

Through June, 33 total leasehold condos have sold on Maui with a median price of $175,000 and an average price of $274,262. Napili/Kahana/Honokowai had the highest number of sold leasehold condos through June 2019 with 18 total sales while Kihei had the highest median sale price for sold leasehold condos with a median sale price of $505,000 through June 2019.
