In July 84 single family homes sold with a median price of $794,500 and an average price of $921,044. At the end of July there were 441 single family homes for sale on Maui which is approximately 4.7 months of inventory.
Through July 622 single family homes have sold with a median price of $750,000 and an average price of $996,618. The median sale price has increased 7.2% the first seven months of 2019 compared to the first seven months of 2018. The average sale price has decreased 6.1% the first seven months of 2019 compared to the first seven months of 2018. The average Days On Market for sold homes on Maui is 133.
Condominiums:
In July 159 condominiums sold with a median price of $493,000 and an average price of $603,244 At the end of July there were 481 condominiums for sale on Maui which is approximately 3.9 months of inventory.
Through July 969 condominiums have sold with a median price of $518,000 and an average price of $699,707. The median sale price has increased 4.4% the first seven months of 2019 compared to the first seven months of 2018. The average sale price has decreased 2.8% the first seven months of 2019 compared to the first seven months of 2018. The average Days On Market for sold condominiums on Maui is 133.
