Kamalani Development: The Kamalani Master Planned Community is located in North Kihei Maui. The Kamalani subdivision will eventually be made up of three residential developments which will include homes, townhomes, and condominiums. Currently 170 townhomes and condominiums have been completed. The Townhomes At Kamalani and the smaller condominiums which are the Flats At Kamalani. Eventually 400+ single family homes are planned for the Kamalani Community. The development sits on 94.325 acres of land and will include parks and bike trails. The Kamalani development is close to beaches, parks, shopping and dining, and a short drive to Kahului and the Airport.

Flats at Kamalani. These are smaller units within the Kamalani development. These condominiums range in size between 755 square feet and 1,022 square feet.

Townhomes at Kamalani.  These are larger units within the Kamalani development. These townhomes range in size between 1,174 square feet and 1,180 square feet.
